The harmonica is a free-reed aerophone used in many different musical genres such as American folk music, blues, and country. It was invented in mid-19th century Germany by Christian Friedrich Ludwig Buschmann. its sound is produced when the player inhales or exhales into the holed side while moving the instrument back and forth across the player’s lips.
